Workshops

Teachers Assistants, pupil personnel service professionals and administrators applying for permanent certificate on or after February 2, 2001 are required to complete two clock hours of course work or training in school violence prevention and intervention as well as the Child Abuse Identification and Reporting Workshop in accordance with section 3004 of the Education Law.

We, at The Dellecave Institute, in our quest to provide a broad spectrum of educational services to the school districts and teachers of Long Island, are proud to announce our recent certification as state-approved for the violence prevention and intervention course and the identification and reporting of child abuse course that is needed for teachers seeking permanent certification. Each course will be scheduled once a month at our Sycamore site.
